We are currently seeking part-time Product Testers across various cities in the United States to join our expanding network of In-Home Usage Testers (IHUT). This remote opportunity allows you to work from home and earn an hourly rate ranging from $26 to $46, depending on the specific project. No prior experience is required.


Job Description:

As a paid Remote Product Tester, you will become a valued member of our tester team responsible for fulfilling contracts with national and international companies. This position is ideal for individuals seeking entry-level, seasonal, temporary, or part-time work. We offer flexible hours and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds and industries.

Candidates with accounting, clerical, marketing, management, security, or data entry experience may also qualify for this position.


Responsibilities:
  • Review and sign non-disclosure agreements before receiving the product to be tested.
  • Handle the product responsibly during the In-Home Usage Test (IHUT).
  • Follow the provided In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule, including tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, providing feedback online or through mobile devices, using the product for a specific duration, writing reviews, taking pictures, etc.
  • Thoroughly document the In-Home Usage Test using various methods, such as snapshots, audio recordings, videos, and Product Journals.
  • Participate in paid Skype or conference call meetings with Account Managers, Brand Managers, Research Managers, Product Managers, or small business owners to provide ongoing product usage feedback. These meetings typically occur 2-3 times per week.
  • Some projects may involve using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology, which utilizes cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture Point-of-Emotion insights for more in-depth responses.
  • While most testing is done from home, occasional visits to the client's office, laboratory, store, warehouse, or factory may be required for training or meetings. These visits are compensated.
Additional Duties:
  • Write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for each project, including written reviews, photos with the product, and video reviews.
Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:


  • Excellent ability to follow precise instructions.
  • Willingness to write short reviews and provide audio or video feedback (perfection not necessary).
  • Strong attention to detail and a curious spirit.
  • Availability to work 15-20 hours per week and adhere to a consistent routine.
  • Access to a computer with a reliable internet connection.
  • Possession of a digital camera or cellphone capable of taking pictures.
  • Desirable assets include honesty, reliability, and good communication skills.
  • No prior experience is required.
  • High School Diploma.
  • 18 years of age or older.
